At DSR Public Health Foundation, we believe that every person—regardless of where they
live—deserves access to the information, resources, and support needed to live a healthy life. In
rural and underserved communities across North Florida, barriers such as limited healthcare
access, transportation challenges, and under-resourced systems often prevent residents from
receiving preventive care and timely health education.
