At DSR Public Health Foundation, we believe that every person—regardless of where they
live—deserves access to the information, resources, and support needed to live a healthy life. In
rural and underserved communities across North Florida, barriers such as limited healthcare
access, transportation challenges, and under-resourced systems often prevent residents from
receiving preventive care and timely health education.
Cinotti HealthCheck: Screening and Referral Initiative
Since launching our health and wellness efforts, DSR PHF has completed nearly 1,000 free screenings across rural counties such as Gadsden, Madison, and Jefferson—helping residents identify health risks early and improve long-term outcomes. The addition of HIV testing, counseling, and referral services expands our reach and ensures more individuals receive the comprehensive support needed to protect their health and the health of their communities.
Promoting Preventive Care and Early Detection
